MLA Dr. Harak Singh Rawat was sworn in as Minister in Uttarakhand Government on Saturday. Governor Dr. Aziz Qureshi administered oath of Office and Secrecy to Dr. Rawat at Rajbhawan in a simple function attended by Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna, Assembly Speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dr. Indira Hridayesh, Irrigation Minister Yashpal Arya, Health Minister Surendra Singh Negi, Panchayati Raj Minister Pritam Singh, Labour Minister Durgapal, Planning Minister Dinesh Agarwal, former Chief Minister ND Tiwari and Vice Chairman State Planning Commission Mayukh Meher. The program was conducted by Chief Secretary Alok Kumar Jain.
