Global crude oil price of Indian Basket increased to US$ 108.03 per bbl on 21.05.2014

The international crude oil price of Indian Basket as computed/published today by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas went up to US$ 108.03 per barrel (bbl) on 21.05.2014. This was higher than the price of US$ 107.48 per bbl on previous publishing day of 20.05.2014.

In rupee terms, the price of Indian Basket increased marginally to Rs 6348.92 per bbl on 21.05.2014 as compared to Rs 6314.45 per bbl on 20.05.2014.  Rupee closed weaker at Rs 58.77 per US$ on 21.05.2014 as against Rs 58.75 per US$ on 20.05.2014.
