Vijay Bahuguna today said that the State Government was committed towards welfare of the workers.

Dehradun, April 27:
Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna today said that the State Government was committed towards welfare of the workers.
Chief Minister said this to the representatives of Roadways Karmachari Sanyukta Parishad who called on him on Friday led by Congress Leader Suryakant Dhasmana. They apprised the Chief Minister about their various problems. They put forward the demands to him that included arrangement for the budget to increase the number of buses, jobs to dependents of deceased workers and filing up of posts lying vacant. Chief Minister assured them to consider their demands. He said that all possible steps would be taken to strengthen the financial state of Transport Corporation.
Stating that Char Dham Yatra had begun, he called on them to perform their duties with full dedication.
The representatives included State General Secretary of Parishad Vijay Kumar Mamgain, Rjesh Nanda, Anand Kukreti, Ram Prakash Raturi and Dinesh Pant.


Dehradun, April 27:
There will be no Janta Milan in coming three days at Chief Minister Residence.
As per the information received from Chief Minister Office, Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna would be out of station on April 28, 29 and 30. Hence, there would be no Janta Milan on these days. It may be noted that the Chief Minister listens to the problems of general public at his Residence daily from 9.30 to 10.30 am.
